Intro Babble: How can you resist a book with this cover? I know I can't. I mean, it's pie. And even better it's a good book. I was powerless to resist. And I think we can firmly declare the Reading Slump of 2014 over. I'm almost positive.
Heroine: Roxy-She was a smart and capable heroine. She had a moxie that I really liked. She had an independent spirit in spite of her issues and I really liked that. She needed a good kick in the pants a couple of times but both of them did. I really identified with her as a character.
Hero: Wade-He was such a sweetie pie. It was assorted bath He was a sort of bashful hero. He wasn't the assertive sort of hero. It was are shy and sweet than alpha. I didn't think I would appreciate that as much as I did.
Chemistry – These characters are softer than I usually like. They weren't bad by any means but less out there. They both had their issues and depended on each other to overcome them. They had great chemistry. They complemented each other. I absolutely loved them together.
Ending Babble: I really enjoyed this one. It was a lovely book. Sort of lighthearted. But not flimsy at all. The tone of the book was just right. I also cannot get over the cover of this book even a little. And the rest of the series as well. I am a weakling for foodie covers.
