Intro: I must begin by saying that I read The Wedding Vow while I had no internet. This may not seem like a big deal but it means that I had nothing else to occupy my mind so every opinion I have about this book is magnified by a whole lot. And I loved this book. In a big, huge, fangirl way.
Heroine: Maddie-I loved her to bits and pieces. She was so confident and strong. She didn’t let Adam get away with much and I loved that about her. She’s on my favorite heroine list.
Hero: Adam-If ever you can say that a hero met his match in his heroine, Adam most definitely met his match in Maddie. He definitely didn’t account for Maddie’s strength. I did love watching him warm up from the putz he was at the start.
Chemistry: They weren’t easy. There was plenty of angst and conflict. And I loved every single second of it. They were on an even playing field and I loved that. There was no give with either of them. It sounds a bit strange but it is so perfect in this book.
Conclusion: I loved this book. I didn’t realize how much I would love it when I picked this one up. The characters were perfect, the writing was excellent and the story was full of all of the good stuff that I love. I have so many of Cara Connelly’s books and I really need to read them because I am a fan.
